
Paul Mejean is a Managing Director of Greenwich Technology Advisors.
Prior to founding Greenwich Technology Advisors, Mr. Mejean was a
Managing Director at SoundView Technology Group and head of that firm's
Communications Investment Banking Group. Mr. Mejean has over 25 years
of investment banking experience, principally as a Managing Director of
Lehman Brothers, focused on technology companies. He has structured and
executed many types of public and private equity and debt financings in
both U.S. and foreign markets and acted as advisor on numerous mergers,
acquisitions, divestitures and recapitalizations. Mr. Mejean received
an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University and his M.B.A. from
Harvard Business School.

Dennis Gallagher is a Vice President at Greenwich
Technology Advisors. Prior to joining Greenwich Technology Advisors, Dr.
Gallagher was a Vice President of Equity Research at Schwab SoundView Capital
Markets (formerly SoundView Technology Group) where his research coverage
included optical networking and component companies. Prior to SoundView, Dr.
Gallagher spent eight years with Philips Laboratories developing enabling
technologies for display, medical and storage products. Dr. Gallagher also
worked at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Nanocrystal Imaging
Corporation and was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Ecole Polytechnique
Federale de Lausanne. Dr. Gallagher received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in
Ceramic Engineering from Rutgers University, his Ph.D. in Materials Science from
University of Washington and his M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School
of Business.
